Reesor Renegades Revolution
Today is 18 August 2009.
Lily received a note from James on Facebook: This is still "pie in the sky" time out here on the ranch. You will see your name at the top in conjunction with "Reesor Renegades." All the other stuff is totally private unless someone accidentally stumbles into the page. Keep it a secret. (She was given a link).
Lily replied: I say let's do it. Do I need to sign any papers or anything? Let me know. I don't see this as "pie in the sky," James. You're being very practical and trying to make sure everything is legal. You are very wise.
James responded: NEWS ALERT! Positive reaction. Willing to sign papers. Lily is ready for adventure. Now James (me) needs to make more suggestions. While I'm doing what I'm doing, you can start thinking about this: (1) Someday within a few weeks, God willing, Reesor Renegades, Inc., will start out as a "desk-drawer" operation with you designated as the Chief Executive Officer. (2) It will be in our best interests to have a CPA affiliated in some way. Just so you know, I think of you as friendly, smart, good with words, honest, adventuresome and willing to dream. Once things start moving along in the right direction, we can arrange things in a way that doesn't turn your normal routine upside down. Let's keep it simple. Don't spend money or waste time needlessly on this project until we are sure of our goals. This must remain a project filled with happiness.
Maybe your first office could be your closet -- once we have started securing capitol needed to function? Maybe the first investment RR would make is a new computer for your use? Absolutely no "salaries" or other expenditures until we have accomplished a few things. Hopefully, I will be able to give you copies of certain project materials on the 27th? Meanwhile, let's exchange ideas until we reach agreement on the best way to proceed.
Lily then said: Cool preliminary plan. I've got a space already designated as my work area. My schedule is pretty flexible. So you don't need to worry there. Wow, the 27th is going to be a wonderful day in so many ways. You and I meeting, books, You Tube, project materials. This is going to be awesome. As you can tell, I'm very enthusiastic. I've always believed in having fun in everything you do. That way, it's always fresh and you don't get bored. Life is an adventure and I'm enjoying the ride. God bless you always, Lily.
Result: Two people agree to dream the same dream.
Creating Reesor Renegades first, and then after sufficient capitol is in hand, seven more corporations will be formed before 2010.
Agenda: (1) Service Marks registered. (2) Corporation names reserved for four months. (3) James starts contacting individuals
to share campaign packs. Names/addresses gathered. Attempt to get ten "RR" in each of 95 counties (950 total). Use net profit from packs for campaign
traveling expenses. (4) Do research to get names/addresses of trademark users. (5) Contact trademark attorney to get fee estimate required to send generic letters to twenty or more users of "Music City
USA." (6) Retain attorney for potential lawsuits. (7) Generate
publicity about trademark controversy. (8) Create Reesor Renegades, Inc.... with 100,000 shares of non-voting
stock. James will assign the trademark valued at $100,000 over to RR at $1 per share to be divided equally between Lily, James, Melissa and Harrison (25%
each). (9) A maximum 40% of stock will be offered to RR campaign supporters and other investors. One hundred
"$200" investors ($20,000) would enable RR to proceed with limited organization of seven other corporations. (10) If $7,000,000 investments are secured as desired to fund the total plan, and if management for Ryman agrees to our proposed
"300 no-cost tickets," and if the proposed show is scheduled and advertised, complimentary tickets for the VIP section will be given to RR investors.
(11) Creation of "Music City Revival At The Ryman" television show, video and DVD can then be marketed
internationally. A reasonable gross profit will translate into dividends for corporate shareholders and make more projects feasible in the future.
Compare this plan with what other gubernatorial candidates are doing in Tennessee:
(1) Instead of soliciting contributions from supporters and raising in excess of a million dollars as Republicans and Democrats are doing,
I've been handing out packs containing two books of mine with ideas on issues. Potential voters are asked to send me $25 (covers my cost plus a few dollars
gross profit) or simply give the pack to a friend to be passed around person-to-person until someone else decides to help. Obviously, money I receive will be
used to create more packs for distribution. If no money is received, lack of support will bring this project and my campaign activities to an abrupt end.
(2) When receiving payment, I will send a return letter/receipt suggesting that "Lily" will be in touch with an investment idea.
(3) So, instead of voters simply giving money away to the other candidates in the hope of gaining leverage upon their election, "Reesor
Renegades" will be helping me further my endeavors as a candidate -- and -- be the proud owner of a few shares in what could become a profitable business.
So, which potential voter would be making the wisest choice for themselves and for Tennessee?
It seems to me that wanting to produce TV shows and market Nashville music worldwide would be a great way to expand the state economy. What do you
think?
NOTE: This agenda will be expanded and modified as we do our best to remain realistic and within all legal boundaries while setting goals. If you are a potential investor, please take notice of the original post date above -- and all editing dates at the bottom.
